To register a company on the site, you must create an account by filling in all the fields specified in the form. Once completed, you will receive an email with a link to register your company.

To authorize the company on the site, you must enter the login (e-mail) and password that you previously used when registering the company.

Only the administrator can add a new employee/novice. The administrator must go to the “Employees” tab and, having selected the desired tab, use the “Add employee”/”Add newbie” button. Next, you need to fill in the fields in the form that opens and send a link for registration. When clicking on the link, a new employee must fill out a registration form.

The duration of the trial period is set by the administrator.

 

You can do this by going to the “Employees - Compensation” tab.

 

You can edit information about yourself in the "My profile" tab. It edits personal data (name, mail, phone, address), changes the avatar, belonging to teams, position, social networks, roles, changes the password.

It is necessary in the “My profile” tab to fill in the fields with information by clicking on the “Add time off” button. Your time off must be confirmed by Administrator/HR.

 

This information is contained in the "Days off" tab. It also separately displays the balance of time off, the history of the balance of time off, and holidays in new tabs.

 

Time off balance - the amount of time off balance for each user of the Company, for each type of time off.

 

Yes, from the “Reports” tab, you can generate general reports on time off, overtime, see team statistics, employee ratio per month, time spent on projects.

 

Settings are managed through the “Settings” tab. It changes the general settings of the campaign, types of time off, trackers, logo design, header color, types of reasons for leaving an employee, email templates, positions, types of employees, currencies.
